We have a team of experts to carefully assess the feasibility of projects and evaluate the magnitude of project funding that they require. Our expertise lies in providing Project Funding in the shortest possible time with all the legalities in place. When we consider project funding, credit scores are not considered, due to the fact that the funding is based on the merits of the project not the individual. In order to proceed with the services, we only need to have complete information about the project from the organizations seeking funding. We provide totally customized solutions, with funding provided from our own capital.

For consideration, our minimum project size is $30,000,000.00 and it is 100% Debt Project Funding or Collateral required. If your project does not qualify for the minimum size, you do have the option of entering into a JV (Joint Venture) or an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) with other borrowers whose projects do not meet the minimum size requirement to facilitate a combined funding of your individual project.
